How to Track Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. Simply click the link to view your package's current status and location. This is the fastest way to track your order!
Step 2: Use Your Tracking Number
If you can't find the email, you can also track your order manually using your tracking number on the carrier's website:

• FedEx: fedex.com/track
• DHL: dhl.com/track
Your tracking number can be found in your shipping confirmation email or order confirmation page.
Delivery Timeframes
United States: 7-14 business days
International: 15-30 business days
Please note that these timeframes begin from the date your order ships, not the date you placed your order. Processing time is typically 1-3 business days before shipping.
Tracking Updates
Don't worry if your tracking information doesn't update immediately! It's completely normal for there to be a delay of 24-72 hours before the first tracking scan appears.
If your tracking hasn't updated in 5+ days:
This can happen during busy shipping periods or due to carrier delays. Your package is still on its way! International packages especially may have longer gaps between tracking updates as they pass through customs.
