Your order will be dispatched from the warehouse closest to your location to ensure faster delivery times. How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the product's origin warehouse. Domestic orders within the US typically arrive within 5-12 business days, while international orders may take 10-25 business days. Express shipping options are available for select items and destinations. Please note that processing time is 1-3 business days before shipment, and custom tools or specialized hardware may require additional processing time.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email within 24-48 hours. You can track your package by entering this number on the carrier's website (USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL depending on your location). For your convenience, we also provide a tracking link directly in your shipping confirmation email. Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders can be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of placement, provided they haven't entered the processing stage. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may return the items according to our return policy once received.

What is your return/refund policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy for most tools and hardware items in their original, unused condition with all packaging and accessories included. Items must be free from wear, damage, or modification. To initiate a return, contact our support team for a return authorization number. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

What if my item arrives damaged?

If your tools or hardware arrive damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We'll immediately arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping. For safety reasons, we take damaged tools very seriously and will work quickly to resolve the issue. Keep all original packaging until the matter is resolved, as it may be needed for the return process.

Do you offer exchanges?

Yes, we offer exchanges for items in unused, original condition within 30 days of delivery. Exchanges are available for different sizes, models, or equivalent tools of similar value. To request an exchange, contact our customer support team with your order number and details about the desired replacement. Please note that you'll need to cover return shipping costs for the original item, and we'll ship the replacement once we receive and inspect the returned product.

Why is my tracking not updating?

Tracking information can sometimes experience delays in updating, especially during peak shipping periods or when packages are in transit between facilities. If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 5 business days, or if the last update shows your package as departed from the origin facility, please contact us. We'll investigate with the carrier and provide you with an update. International shipments may have longer gaps between tracking updates as packages clear customs.
